These terms apply to your use of digitalkari.com, including its calculators, guides and other content (together, the "Site"), operated by DigitalKari ("we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. What the Site provides

DigitalKari offers free, browser-based calculators and informational guides about social media marketing and the creator economy. The Site is free to use, requires no account, and is funded by advertising. We may add, change or remove tools and content at any time, and we don't guarantee the Site will always be available or error-free.

2. Estimates only, and no professional advice

Calculator results, including engagement ratings, sponsorship prices, CPM and RPM figures and revenue projections, are non-binding estimates based on general industry ranges and simplified models. They are not quotes, offers or guarantees, and they are not financial, tax, legal or business advice. Guides are general information and may not reflect the latest rules in your country. You are responsible for decisions you make using the Site; please read our earnings disclaimer and consult a qualified professional before acting on anything important.

3. Acceptable use

You may use the Site for personal or business purposes, including sharing calculator results and links. You agree not to:

  • use the Site in a way that breaks any law or infringes anyone's rights;
  • interfere with the Site's operation or security, or try to gain unauthorised access to any part of it;
  • use automated means to scrape, copy or mirror substantial parts of the Site, or to place unusual load on it;
  • click on or generate impressions for advertisements artificially, or encourage others to do so;
  • present the Site's content or results as your own work, or imply that DigitalKari endorses you, your product or your services;
  • present calculator estimates to others as guaranteed figures, certified valuations or audited results.

4. Intellectual property

The Site's design, text, graphics, logo, calculators and code are owned by DigitalKari or its licensors and protected by copyright and other laws. You may quote short extracts with a link back to the source page and share links to results freely. You may not republish full guides, reproduce the calculators or use the DigitalKari name or logo without written permission. Platform names such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn are trademarks of their owners and are used only to describe the services our content refers to; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

5. Information you provide

Numbers you enter into calculators are processed in your browser and are not stored by us; see our privacy policy. If you email us, for example to report a correction or suggest a tool, you allow us to use your suggestion to improve the Site without obligation to you. We won't publish your name or email without your permission.

6. Advertising and third-party links

The Site displays advertising served by Google and its partners, and links to third-party websites, including the primary sources we cite. We don't control and aren't responsible for third-party sites, products, services or advertisements, and a link or ad is not an endorsement. Your dealings with advertisers and other third parties are between you and them.

7. No warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind about the Site or its content, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We work to keep benchmarks and guides accurate and current, but platforms and regulations change frequently and errors can occur.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DigitalKari will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or any loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity or data, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or any estimate or information on it. Because the Site is free, our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to USD 50. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Your responsibility

If you misuse the Site in breach of these terms, you are responsible for any resulting claims, losses or costs that we incur because of that misuse, to the extent permitted by law.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the Site after an update means you accept the revised terms.

11. General

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with our privacy policy, earnings disclaimer and editorial policy, form the whole agreement between you and us about the Site.
